An unusual and sad story awaited Midas Club. The players flew to Ukraine from Brazil in order to compete with the rest of the qualifiers for the EPIC League for the right to take part in the tournament. Their attempt was unsuccessful. The situation is aggravated by the fact that there are only four players on the roster at the moment, and the Belarusian player Astral1231 was the stand-in.
Midas Club signed a Dota 2 roster in April when FURIA Esports stopped working with players. On August 7, cybersportsmen joined the ranks of Havan Liberty, and from October 20 they again represent the Midas Club banners.
On October 27, Epic Esports Events announced the second season of the EPIC League. They named the top eight participants in the Immortal Division, which will have a prize pool of $ 500,000. The Divine division will have a more modest prize pool of $ 50,000.
