SEA Lower Division DPC 2021 Closed Stage Added Two New Entrants
The third series of open qualifiers has come to an end. We now know the names of two new entrants to the second stage of the closed qualifier for DPC 2021 SEA Lower Division. VISdota and Void were able to perform better than anyone else and get their places in the second stage of the closed qualifiers. By the way, it will be held from January 8 to 10, and the top 8 teams will advance to DPC 2021 SEA Lower Division.
Previously, HOYO, Army Geniuses, ZeroTwo (previously tagged as Team Cow) and Team Veteran have gone through the open qualifiers to the closed qualifiers. Cignal Ultra and Team SMG made it to the Closed Qualifier Stage 2, as they were unable to advance to the top division of the DPC tournament.
DPC 2021 SEA Lower Division will run from January 18 to March 14. Its total prize pool will be $ 75,000. The top two teams will receive invitations to the top division of the second season. The winner will take home a cash prize of $ 17,000, and the silver medalist - $ 16,000.
As a reminder, DPC 2021 SEA Upper Division with a prize pool of $ 205,000 will also take place in parallel to the events in the lower division. There will also be played 1,150 DPC points, 2 invites to the Major tournament and 1 invitation to the Wild Card competition, where additional invites to the Major championship will be divided between the participants.
