However, I wouldn't call those numbers representative. Aster is still on the decline, as well as the whole Chinese region, and the draw with TSM is a real stumbling block for EG, because the American colleagues put up a horrible performance last season.

But then, that's what b2 is all about. Anything can happen.

The Evil Geniuses brought their "homemade" heroes to the DreamLeague, with some very unique characters in their positions.

Batrider, Jakiro and Primal Beast were the most frequently chosen. The first two won two matches each, while Primal Beast won one.

Shadow Fiend, Lion, Marci, TA, Riki and a pack of other heroes were also taken. All of them won their matches.

If you believe in the Evil Geniuses victory and are convinced that South America is stronger than the neighboring North America, bet on the Evil Geniuses victory with odds of 3.2.

Shopify Rebellion form - North America's top 1 on the international stage

Opposing EG in this bout will be Shopify Rebellion. The team will play in underdog status.

Bookmakers are pointing out SR's underperformance. They reckon the odds on the North American club to win this encounter will be 3.4.

The minimal gap in the match is explained by the situation of the teams after the first game day at DreamLeague S19. SR, like Evil Geniuses, won one series and ended in a draw the other.

In Shopify Rebellion's position, such a result is already an achievement. The team came to DreamLeague S19 with replacements, with mid laner being swapped.

Other frequent heroes are Storm Spirit (6 games, 83% win rate), Undying (6 games, 66% win rate).

Lycan (4 games, 100% wins), Shadow Fiend (4 games, 75% win rate).

With Mikey's forced entry into the Shopify Rebellion team, they tweaked their playstyle a bit. In the midrange they started taking "neutral" heroes such as DawnBreaker, Batrider and Invoker. To say it's going badly, the results are there.

If you believe in SR's ability to outplay Evil Geniuses even with the substitutions, your money is on Shopify Rebellion for odds around 3.4.

By the way, the history of recent matches also speaks in SR's favour.

The teams played each other in the Lima Major 2023. Then Shopify Rebellion won, but it is worth noting that they also played in full strength.

In this match Evil Geniuses has more chances to win. The key fact that speaks in their favour is that SR doesn't have a full-time mid laner.
