Team Heretics become FIFA 22 Global Series Champions - Team of the Season Cup

The FIFA 22 Global Series - Team of the Season Cup has come to an end. At the championship, which was held from April 29 to May 1 in London, 32 teams from all over the world competed for a prize pool of $500,000. The winner of the tournament was the representatives of Team Heretics, who outplayed Dire Wolves in the grand final with a score of 4:1.

The tournament for the future winner began with confident victories over Timbers Esports (3:1) and KRÜ Esports in the group stage. Having made it to the playoffs, the team beat Case Esports (3:2), DUX Gaming (3:2), Fnatic (3:2) and Mkers.se (2:0).

In the grand final of the competition, Team Heretics defeated the Australians from Dire Wolves (4:1), thanks to which they earned $100,000 and a slot at the FIFAe Club World Cup 2022.
