CERBERUS Sports - VCS Winter 2021 Championship

The VCS Winter 2021 championship has ended. At the event, which took place online from December 16 to 26, eight of the best teams from Vietnam competed for a prize pool of $ 52,304. The winner of the championship was the CERBERUS Esports team, which in the grand final proved to be stronger than GAM Esports with a score of 3: 2. At the same time, Burst The Sky beat Luxury Esports in the match for 3rd place with a score of 3: 2.

The tournament for the future winner began with an impressive run through the group stage, during which CERBERUS Esports lost only once to Burst The Sky Esports. However, this defeat did not affect the final top spot of the top-seeded team in the playoffs.

Here the team quite confidently dealt with Luxury Esports (3: 1) in the semifinals, having staked out a place in the main match of the tournament. At the same time, the grand final was not in favor of CERBERUS Esports, which was losing to GAM Esports at the equator of the series. However, at the end of the meeting, the team got together and won the last two rinks, thereby earning $ 17,435.
