LPL Summer 2022: TT Esports beat Bilibili Gaming in the first match of the fifth week
The fifth gaming week has started today as part of the LPL Summer 2022. As part of the first confrontation, ThunderTalk Esports and Bilibili Gaming played against each other. The teams showed a good, interesting and intriguing game.
The first map passed in 36 minutes. In it, ThunderTalk took JInx for the bot lane and Gnar for the top lane. Mider performed at Ahri. The biggest contribution of them to the game was made by Kepler with his Jinx, which allowed to put an end to this confrontation with a victory for TT.
The second map took almost the same amount of time. There, Bin from Bilibili Gaming showed the best performance on the map. He played top lane for Gnar and ended the fight with 7-1-6 stats. The meeting on the second map ended with a score of 19-10 in favor of Bilibili and the latter were able to prolong the intrigue in this match.
On the third map, unlike the first two, there was a total refarming and complete dominance of one of the meeting participants. This time, ThunderTalk Gaming turned out to be the winners, defeating their opponents with a score of 21-8. The biggest contributor to the game, just like on the first map, was Kepler, a bot lane player who played for Jinx with a score of 9-2-6. This time mid ucal, who took Azir and finished the match with a score of 7-0-7, helped him well to kill his opponents.
The next match has already started. It features Oh My God and EDward Gaming against each other. At the time of writing, Oh My God is winning the fight with a score of 1-0.
LPL Summer 2022 runs from June 10 to August 14. The total prize fund of the championship is $627,000. The winner will receive almost $300,000 and an invitation to the 2022 World Championship. Vice-champion and bronze medalist will receive ~$150,000 and ~$75,000 respectively. Teams that take the 7th-8th place in the standings and below will be left without cash rewards.
