All participants of the Worlds 2022: Group Stage and their seeding in groups have been determined
The Worlds 2022 Play-In is over, which means that we know the names of all participants in the group stage of the World Championship 2022. 16 participants will compete for the Summoner's Cup.
12 teams earned a direct ticket to the Worlds 2022 group stage, and 4 more got here without going through the Play-In stage. All teams are divided into 4 quartets of 4 teams each.

Group stage matches will begin on October 7 at 23:00 CET. Bo1 games will be played at the Hulu Theater in Madison Square Garden in New York. 8 teams will go to the playoffs: 2 strongest from each quartet.
The 2022 World Championship runs from September 29 to November 5 in Mexico and the United States. The Play-In stage will take place from September 29 to October 4 at the Arena Esports Stadium in Mexico City, and the group stage will take place from October 7-10 and October 13-16 at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden. As part of the championship, 24 teams from all over the world are fighting for a total prize pool of $2,225,000.
