Bjergsen leaves Team Liquid
European esports organization Team Liquid has announced that its League of Legends roster is saying goodbye to Søren 'Bjergsen' Bjerg. The club released a lengthy farewell video.
Bjergsen joined Liquid in November 2021 as a mid laner. Together with him, the European club won the LCS 2022 Lock In, earning $150,000, and the LCS 2022 Spring. At the LCS 2022 Spring Playoffs, the Europeans took 3rd place and received $30,000 in prize money. The team achieved similar results at LCS 2022 Summer.
The team failed to qualify for The 2022 Season World Championship, having stopped one step away from getting the coveted slot in the LCS 2022 Championship.
