Team Liquid, Astralis, Oxygen Esports and DarkZero Esports reached the semifinals of Six Charlotte Major 2022

The quarter-finals of the Six Charlotte Major 2022 have come to an end, following which Team Liquid, Astralis, Oxygen Esports and DarkZero Esports advanced to the semi-finals of the competition. In the first quarterfinal of the tournament, the Brazilian team Team Liquid defeated G2 Esports with a score of 2:0, being stronger on Theme Park and Clubhouse maps. In the next meeting, the DarkZero Esports team outplayed Team oNe eSports with a score of 2:1, having managed to return to the game after losing on the Kafe Dostoyevsky map.

The third quarterfinal was won by Oxygen Esports, who beat Team BDS 2:0. In the final quarter-finals of the major, Astralis won, which in a tough fight turned out to be stronger than XSET with a score of 2:1. Note that before the match, XSET lost its coach, who was banned for a year for homophobic remarks.

Six Charlotte Major 2022 takes place from May 16 to May 22 in the American city of Charlotte at the Charlotte Convention Center. Fifteen teams from all over the world compete for a $500,000 prize pool as well as ranking points.
