KRÜ Esports won RLCS 2022-23 - Winter: South America Regional 2 - Winter Cup

RLCS 2022-23 - Winter: South America Regional 2 - Winter Cup has come to an end. As part of the championship, which was held online from February 10 to 12, sixteen teams from Latin America and Brazil fought for a total prize pool of $30,000, as well as rating points. The winner of the tournament was the KRÜ Esports team, which defeated Exeed with a score of 4:0 in the grand final.

The Brazilian team started quite confidently in the championship, having won three wins over Young Prodigys (3:0), True Neutral (3:0) and Parabellum Esports (3:0). At the same time, Michi's wards are on the first line of group C, thereby guaranteeing a direct distribution to the quarterfinals.

Thanks to this victory, the Brazilian team moved up to the first intermediate line of the regional table of the winter split. Currently, KRÜ Esports has 35 points, exactly the same as Exeed and Team Secret. Thus, the fate of two tickets to the Major will be played out in the third tournament of the split.
