However, the first half was marked by the superiority of the Danes, who managed to get a double advantage. After switching sides, FaZe Clan began to catch up with the opponent, but in vain. As a result, Copenhagen Flames snatched victory at the opponent's pick and took the lead in the series - 16:13.
Next, the teams moved to the map Ancient, where FaZe Clan showed a confident start, closing half of the defense with a score of 12:3. However, after the change of sides, the Danes began to recoup, it seemed, having made a sensational comeback. However, in the very end, FaZe Clan managed to get the necessary round to equalize the score in the series and reach the destroyer — 16:14.
Everything was decided on the Nuke map, where FaZe Clan once again demonstrated a confident attack, losing only two rounds to Copenhagen Flames. As a result, the European team confidently closed the half on defense, thus making it to the playoffs of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 — 16:6.
