Nevertheless, after the change, the Danish-French team managed to reveal their potential for the attack, thanks to which they took the opponent's pick in response and equalized the score in the series — 16:14.
Everything was decided on the Inferno map, where Heroic again showed a confident start, closing the half in defense with a score of 10:5. After the side switch, zonic's team still tried to get back into the game, but it was already too late. As a result, Heroic won a comfortable victory on the destroyer and eliminated Team Vitality from PGL Major Antwerp 2022 — 16:12.
PGL Major Antwerp 2022 takes place from 9 to 22 May at the Antwerps Sportpaleis in Belgium. During the championship, 24 teams from Europe, the CIS, Asia, Oceania, North and South America are fighting for a prize pool of $1,000,000, ranking points in the EPT and BLAST Premier tables, as well as one ticket to BLAST Premier: World Final 2022.
