Beastcoast were able to beat INFAMOUS as part of DPC SA 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I

It's always interesting to watch fights in the first division, so today we'll talk about the last match between Infamous and Beastcoast as part of DPC SA 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I.

Both teams are currently considered the favorites of the group and are in the top of the tournament table, Beastcoast are in first place, and INFAMOUS are in second place, respectively.

The first map started very dynamically, the skirmish in the third minute brought FB to the “beasts”, but the opponents almost immediately made a retaliatory kill. After that, an even game began, the teams occasionally exchanged kills with a slight advantage in the direction of Beastcoast. The next big fight took place on Roshan, and thanks to the buybacks, INFAMOUS managed to win it, as a result of which they took Aegis, but this did not drastically affect the course of the match, because even with Alchemist, the team was constantly lagging behind in terms of economy. The decisive moment came at the 38th minute, the Beastcoast players took Roshan without a fight and then broke all the structures of the opponents by making them megacreeps, as a result of which they ended the game with a score of 31-19.

The second map is very similar to the first, also started with FB for Beastcoast, and again the teams go toe to toe exchanging kills, until at 15 minutes INFAMOUS took a bad fight and lost three players in it. After that, their opponents gradually began to gain an advantage in gold, and thanks to a successful skirmish at 32 minutes in the small forest of the forces of light, Beastcoast gained a 20k advantage, after which they easily entered the opponents’ base making megacreeps, and ended the game at 37 minutes with a score of 41-20.

Thanks to the victory, Beastcoast secured their first position in the rating with a score of 4-1, and now they are almost 100% going to PGL Arlington Major 2022. INFAMOUS has a slightly worse situation due to the loss to the main competitor, but the second place with a score of 3-2 is still theirs.
