WR SEA Championship 2021: Team Secret and SBTC Esports will fight for the champion title
The WR SEA Championship 2021 is approaching the denouement of a three-week event. There are only 2 teams left in the tournament, which will compete for the champion title.
SBTC made it to the grand finals very confidently: the team took first place in the group stage and immediately reached the semifinals. In the playoffs, the Vietnamese beat Team Secret and Buriram United.
Secret's path to the grand final turned out to be more thorny. Having started from the first round of the playoffs, Secret beat MBR Esports to the bottom of the bracket, where they were forced to fight against Flash Wolves and Buriram United.
By the way, the victory in the decisive confrontation will bring additional $ 10,000 and prestige. Both teams, having reached here, have already guaranteed themselves a slot in the Horizon Cup 2021.
The final confrontation at the WR SEA Championship 2021 kicks off tomorrow. In the Bo7 series, teams will compete for $ 50,000.
The WR SEA Championship 2021 started on September 14 and will run until October 3. At the tournament, 21 teams will compete for a total prize pool of $ 200,000 and 2 tickets to the Horizon Cup 2021.
