SBTC Esports are the champions of the WR Sea Championship 2021!
The battles at the 2021 WR Sea Championship have come to an end. The best team in the region at the end of the tournament was SBTC Esports.
All the way, from the group stage to the grand final, the Vietnamese club demonstrated confident play. In the SBTC group, Esports confidently took 1st place, after which they brought this confidence to the playoffs.
On their way to the grand final, SBTC beat Secret 3-2 and Buriram United 3-2. In the decisive confrontation, the Vietnamese again proved to be stronger than Secret, this time beating them 4-1.
SBTC Esports take 1st place and earn $ 30,000, but more importantly, they go to the Horizon Cup 2021. Team Secret for the 2nd place will receive $ 20,000 and will also play in the Horizon Zero Cup 2021 from the SEA region.
The WR SEA Championship 2021 started on September 14 and lasted until October 3. At the tournament, 21 teams fought for a total prize pool of $ 200,000 and 2 tickets to the Horizon Cup 2021.
